While we're new to Brixton, I can say that the overall leasing experience was fantastic. Paola did a great job answering our questions and helping navigate a speedy move-in. So far, the property is fantastic and seems to be one of the best managed properties I've looked into.

Awesome location and very friendly and responsive leasing/management team! The units are very nice with amazing kitchens. Right on the S line path is perfect for me and my dog! We moved in a little over a month ago and are very happy with our new home! Lots of great food options within a walkable distance and friendly residents/neighbors.

Staff has been amazing to work with. Community is beautiful and well cared for. All in all Brixton is the place to live. Top notch!

The leasing team here is wonderful to work with. They are prepared, efficient, and always there if you need anything. The location is very quiet and secure; the premises are very well kept. Not to mention the fact that it's so close to Sugarhouse and public transportation. Neighbors are very pleasant to talk to as well. All in all, Brixton is a great to place to live in, and the new amenities are going to be amazing.
